Dry hire the DJI Avata 2 FPV drone from our Cornwall base, as a full working kit with Goggles 3 and an FPV remote controller. Checked, charged and set up by working FPV pilots. Collect from Newquay or we can deliver.

Rather have a pilot?
Our FPV pilots fly the Avata 2 and full cinema FPV rigs on TV, ad and event shoots, with planning, permissions and a risk assessment included.
Prices exclude VAT. Hire is subject to approval of your insurance and flying experience.
What you need to hire
The Avata 2 goes out dry, so whoever flies it needs to be legal, insured and comfortable flying in goggles.
- CAA Operator ID and Flyer ID
- Drone insurance that covers hired-in equipment
- FPV flying experience
- An observer beside the pilot whenever you fly in goggles
- Photo ID, proof of address and a deposit
- Our signed hire agreement
Good to know
Can I collect the drone? Yes, from Newquay in Cornwall. We can also deliver; ask for a price when you book.
Is the Avata 2 hard to fly? It is one of the easier FPV drones to fly, but flying in goggles still takes practice. Tell us about your FPV experience when you book.
Do you hire other drones? Yes. The DJI Inspire 3 from £550 a day, the Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X7 from £175 a day, and the DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, Mavic 4 Pro and Mini 5 Pro from £95 a day.
Can I hire for a week? Yes. Three-day and weekly rates are shown above.
