Does it come with a remote? Not as standard. Add the Freefly operator deck for remote operation.

Do you recommend a gimbal technician? Yes, unless your team already knows the system well. An unfamiliar gimbal can cost time on set or fail at the wrong moment, so we'd always suggest one of our operators.
