FAQs
Good to know
When is the best time to shoot?
Usually early morning or the golden hour before sunset, with twilight for lit buildings and pools. We plan the shoot around the light and your guests.
Will guests be in the shots?
Only if you want them to be. We plan flights to avoid filming guests who aren't part of the shoot.
Which drones do you use?
The DJI Mavic 4 Pro for high-resolution stills of up to 100 MP, and the DJI Inspire 3 full-frame camera for premium campaigns. Around people we can use the sub-250g Mini 5 Pro.
Can we use the images in print and adverts?
Web and social use is included. Print, advertising and billboard use is licensed separately; tell us how you plan to use the images and we'll include it in the quote.
Do you handle permissions?
Yes. We check airspace and plan every flight, and we work with you on landowner permission. We hold a CAA Operational Authorisation and £5m public liability insurance.
